In response to customer need and as a commitment to personal service, Yupo’s customer service representatives are now available to assist customers from 8:00 a.m. until 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
“We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer service,” said Paul Mitcham, Yupo’s Director of Marketing and Sales Support. “Keeping the customer service center open an extra hour each day will help us to provide better service to more clients.”
