March 31, 2020 – Yupo America extends our sympathies to those who have been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak. During this time of uncertainty, we are doing our part to help prevent the further spread of the virus, while continuing to ensure our customers’ needs are met.
On Monday, March 30th, 2020 the Governor of Virginia announced a mandatory Stay-At-Home order to help curb the spread of COVID-19. As Yupo America is considered an “essential” business to the critical supply chain, we wanted to ensure you that we will remain operating, manufacturing, shipping and taking orders to the best of our ability.
Here are some of the ways we are protecting our employees and serving our customers during this time.
- Restricted all business travel
- Implemented additional cleaning and sanitization routines
- Essential-only employees allowed in our facilities
Product Availability
Currently, we do not foresee any limitations from raw material suppliers, nor do we anticipate this in the forecast. We are experiencing only minimal disruptions to our deliveries as trucks are in tight supply.
In order to best serve our customers, we will continue production at this time. Should there ever be a concern or if production times change, we will update you as soon as possible.
In addition, due to the specialized nature of our products and the rapidly changing environment, please contact your sales representative with your order requirements and details as early as possible so we can have your order ready in a timely manner.
