Rachael Rossman is a self-taught artist who has worked for a variety of clients doing portrait work. She started using YUPO paper eight years ago and has not painted on anything else since. “I like it because it’s challenging and unique,” says Rossman. “It allows me to use watercolor in a non-traditional manner. Using particular painting techniques to create different colors and textures, Rossman brought her winning piece to life.
